"Trust In the Lord with all your heart." Proverbs 3:5 (don't worry as much about motions this week.)
Prayer Time: #1 in our top 10: Ask the kids what you can pray about and lead them in prayer about their personal requests.
Bible Story: (found under Make it True) The Noah story...what a fun one..the curriculum steps you through it. Your kids could be birds in the story-that might be fun. Also, have them color a rainbow on butcher block paper during arrival time and use it in the story. You also could use straws and crepe paper and make different color streamer sticks for each child. I also have a large interactive story book with felt animals (although not two of every one) and I have small animal figurines (there are two of each of these). I can get them for you Sunday morning.
Activities: (Make it Stick and Make it Fun) comments about some of the activities:
Game/activities: a few thoughts on the activities...you can do any of them.
- Can you remember-play as a group and review from last week.
- Noah's story- a cut and paste activity that tells the story.
- Sweet Rainbow- I am making copies of this which will be available to you. We have fruit loops you can glue on. Kids will love this activity and it can be your snack as well.
