March 29th Scripture: Please go over scripture each week with the motions
" I am with you always." Matthew 21:1-11. This scripture will be for this week only.
Prayer Time: #1 in our top 10: Ask the kids what you can pray about and lead them in prayer about their personal requests.
Bible Story: (found
under Make it True )The triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. The story in the curriculum is good. I like the idea of the coats if you have some around you could bring and use. It would be very visual.
Activities: (Make it Stick and Make it Fun)
I am really not thrilled with what's in the lesson for activities this week. I have some great activities I have collected over the years, so plan on having two activities in your room this coming weekend. I will have all the supplies and instructions ready for you.

March Scripture: Please go over scripture each week with the motions
Click here for hand motions to memory verse.
"Be kind and loving to each other." Ephesians 4:32.
Prayer Time: #1 in our top 10: Ask the kids what you can pray about and lead them in prayer about their personal requests.
Bible Story: (found
under Make it True )The Bible story is fairly straight forward..You will be able to use some helpers to hold up Moses' arms. You could bring some army men or use props in the room to show an army. You could also print a picture out of Moses on hill (I'm sure you could find one.)
Activities: (Make it Stick and Make it Fun)
There really aren't lots of amazing activities this week, as the lesson had some crafts that you were to build on every week and we don't do those.
**See special activity "Helping Hands" which I have downloaded and attached for you. THis looks like a nice, easy group activity that you could do after the story. Also, we have music so I think it could fit in.
I listed some other activities in the lesson if you like those better.
- Thank you- Have kids create thank you cards with supplies in resource room that you could deliver to a fire station, health care workers, etc. Maybe you know someone that this would be meaningful to.
- Cut it out- This would be fun to teach kids how to make hearts. We have plenty of colored construction paper (I don't think it needs to be the large size) and you could glue to white paper.
- **Helping Hands Activity not in curriculum-This activity is written to do as a group. You would just need to print off copies (I have them) and get a piece of butcher block paper. This activity would help prompt their thinking of what their "little" hands can do. Click on the links below:

Prayer Time: #1 in our top 10: Ask the kids what you can pray about and lead them in prayer about their personal requests.
Bible Story: (found
under Make it True )The Bible story calls for some cardboard bricks, which we have. Let me know if you want to use them. We also have some hats you could use if you want.
Activities: (Make it Stick and Make it Fun)A few thoughts on the activities for this week.
- Pass those Bricks- Easy group game and we have some cardboard play bricks you can use. You could also go to the gym to play this game.
- Play Doh Bricks-kids would love making bricks out of play doh. We have play doh for use in each of the rooms.
- Sponge Bricks- If you want to take on some painting this looks like a cute project. You could have a station where the kids would rotate in and out. I have smocks and plenty of paint....
- Dominoes-this isn't in the curriculum, but you could bring in some dominoes and let the kids play with these as well. They could build a wall of bricks around pretend animals, people, etc. Whatever small toys are around the room.

Bible Story: (found
under Make it True )I like the way the Bible story promotes bringing some props to play the different characters. Hats, scarfs, glasses, a purse, etc. could all be used. You might bring pictures of the items in a room to show as you discuss what she put in the room she made for Elisha. Simple, but good story. Share what we have.
Activities: (Make it Stick and Make it Fun)A few thoughts on the activities for this week.
- Where's my hat game- Easy group game to play on the floor.
- My design- A fun color, cut, and design activity.
- Helping Hands- Instead of painting hands the kids could trace hands and color them, decorate with stickers, etc. I believe one of the classes did this last
