Prayer Time: #1 in our top 10:   Ask the kids what you can pray about and lead them in prayer about their personal requests.

Bible Story: (found under Make it True ) Jesus goes fishing with His friends.  When they didn't catch a lot of fish he told them to throw the nets out one more time.  The nets then overflowed.  The Bible story idea is fun this week.  They put together a whole skit, but you could modify and just have your teacher draw out the story as you tell it.  You could give her a few hints ahead, but this might be a different, fun way to tell the story.  You could use poster board or butcher paper.

Activities:  (Make it Stick and Make it Fun)

Thoughts on a few of the activities for this week:
  • Let's go fishing- Cute fun game you could create in the room on a simpler basis.
  • Fish in the net and Full of fish are both fun easy activities.
  • We have: blue tissue, card stock, gold fish, and alcohol paints.
