Announcements this week:

1.There will not be a take home sheet this week.  I am moving to produce monthly sheets for parents.  The sheet is more thorough and has a devotion for parents.  I am ordering acrylic holders for outside each room to hold the "parent cue" sheets.
 
2. Music with Ms. Judy will start on Sun. Sept. 16th.  All classes will meet in rm 108 (The Blue fish room) at 10:15am.  It will last approx. 15 min. then you can return to your room for lesson time.

3.Remember to print out your name tags and wear them.  Thanks.

September Monthly Theme:  God loves me.  

Bible Story Focus this week: God loves us more than a shepherd loves his sheep.  The lost  sheep story. 

Scripture:  Nothing can separate us from the love of God. Romans 8:39.

Remember to review the scripture with children.

The story in the lesson is  interactive and fun.   Modify as you need!

1.  Once again this week's curriculum is filled with many fun options for the children...Counting, hide and seek, etc.  Pick and choose what you like. 

My favorites:  sally sheep game, hide the sheep, counting sheep

2.  Supplies mentioned in the lesson that we have in resource room: 

            2 stuffed sheep (in my office, just let me know if you need them)

            colorful pom pom balls

            cotton balls

            craft sticks

            glue

            stick on eyes

            white card stock

            a few pipe cleaners - if you need lots of these text me...we don't have a large supply
